Refund & return policy

How returns, refunds and replacements work for our kits and memberships.

01The short version

Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days. Damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent kits are replaced or refunded. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Membership cancellations keep access to the end of the current period.

02Unopened kits (change of mind)

You can return an unopened, unused kit within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Please contact support@gooofdun.shopfirst for return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned kit.

03Opened food items

Because our kits contain food ingredients, opened pre-mixes and consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights where an item is defective or not as described.

04Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If a kit arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with your order reference and a photo where possible. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including any standard shipping paid, at no cost to you.

05How to start a return

Email support@gooofdun.shop with your order reference and reason. We will confirm whether a return is needed and where to send it. Do not send items back before contacting us. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return or agreeing a refund.

06Membership cancellations

You can cancel a Bakers Club membership at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not refund unused time. There is no stored value or credit to refund because membership is a purely digital subscription.

07Refused or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or the address was incorrect, we will refund the item price less the actual outbound and return shipping costs. Import duties already incurred are not refundable by us. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
