01Are the kits fresh or perishable?
No. Every kit is shelf-stable: dry pre-mixes, keeping-quality extras and tools. Nothing perishable is shipped, and there is no cold chain.
02Do any kits contain alcohol?
No. Every kit is alcohol-free. Traditional recipes that would use spirits are reformulated without alcohol.
03How do allergens work?
Allergens are labelled on every kit page and pack. Kits are made on shared equipment, so cross-contact is possible. Read the labels if you have a serious allergy.
04What do I need to add at home?
Each recipe card lists the fresh items you supply, such as eggs and butter. The kit provides the dry pre-mix, portioned extras and any tools listed.
05Where do you ship and how much is it?
We ship worldwide with a flat standard shipping rate shown at checkout, all in USD. Import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
06What is the Bakers Club?
A purely digital membership: member pricing, a technique video library, monthly recipes and tools. No credits, no stored value, no physical monthly box.
07Can under-18s order?
Ordering is not for under-13s. Bakers aged 13 to 17 need a guardian's consent, and family kits should be used with adult supervision.
08How do returns work?
Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days. Opened food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded.
